Agulu Villa is a multi-generational family residence originally constructed in the early 1900s in Anambra State, Nigeria. The property, rich in history and cultural heritage, has been thoughtfully revitalized and redesigned to meet contemporary living standards while preserving its legacy. the project was inspired by the roman architectural style.
The renovation, which began in 2018 and was completed in 2020, transformed the original 15-bedroom structure into a modern 8-bedroom villa, each bedroom ensuite and designed to accommodate the eight children of the family and their households.
The three-storey villa features expansive spaces that promote family interaction and comfort, including three large living rooms (one on each floor), a family lounge, and an open kitchen that enhances social connection and functionality. Additional amenities include a gym, laundry room, utility room, bar, and dedicated staff and security quarters.
the villa also has an additional 2 bedroom duplex on west side of the property known as the ( OBI ) for thier parents and another 6 bedroom guest house on the east side for family and friends,the Obi is a very important symbol in igbo community, usually where guests are welcomed and entertained.
