Risco Villa is a prototype block within a proposed 60-unit luxury terrace development, designed to demonstrate spatial efficiency, structural clarity, and market viability. The 4-unit terrace features 6-bedroom layouts, including five ensuite rooms and a guest room, organized to separate public and private zones for optimal residential functionality.

The ground floor hosts an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for maximum daylight, cross-ventilation, and seamless circulation. A reinforced concrete frame system with block infill walls provides structural stability and flexibility in interior planning.

Our Architectural detailing emphasizes clean lines, balanced facade proportions, and efficient fenestration that reduces heat gain while enhancing natural ventilation, an essential adaptation to Nigeria’s tropical climate. Exterior landscape elements, such as permeable pavements, defined planting beds, and controlled entry pathways, complement the architecture and support sustainable site drainage
