FAAN

This is a proposed design for the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), it adopts a bold modernist approach, emphasizing transparency, symmetry, and monumental scale. The building’s expansive glazed facade conveys openness and efficiency, while the strong rectilinear volumes frame the central hall, creating a sense of authority and presence. The integration of an aircraft model in the forecourt reinforces the aviation identity of the institution, making the design both functional and symbolic. The scheme reflects a forward-looking vision for Nigeria’s aviation sector, merging functionality, representation, and contemporary aesthetics.
