This prototype residence features a clean, modern facade defined by a balanced composition of stone cladding at the ground level and smooth rendered surfaces on the upper floors, creating a visually grounded yet contemporary aesthetic. The structure utilizes a reinforced concrete frame system with extensive glazing on the lower level to maximize natural light and visual transparency into the interior spaces.
Vertical architectural elements such as the expressed support columns at the entrance guide circulation while emphasizing structural rhythm. Exterior finishes, including paved walkways, planters, and shaded parking bays, align with a cohesive landscape strategy designed for durability and user comfort.
This prototype establishes the project’s material palette, façade language, and spatial hierarchy, serving as a scalable model for future units within the development.
